7 Easy Healthy Breakfast

We have so many excuses not eat breakfast, for instance: no time to prepare, no idea what to cook, or no need to put more kgs in my body.

 

The truth: skipping breakfast makes us fatter.

 

Here are some easy recipes:

 

1. GRANOLA + FROZEN YOGURT

Freeze this the night before. Besides breakfast, these mini cups are great for snacking too.

  

2. TOAST: GO BEYOND BUTTER

Switch to wheat bread, then make your own version. Try spreading honey to stick your favorite fruit. Experiment with yogurt, cheese, cinnamon, granola, and nuts.

 

3. MIXED BERRY SMOOTHIE BOWL

Feels full and fresh.

 

4. LEMON RASPBERRY CHIA PUDDING

Chia seeds fill our tummy well. We would be less hungry during the day.
