When you hit your 20s, nothing looks the same.
One day, you’d wake up, look in the mirror, and a panda-eyed zombie stared back.
You’d think to yourself, “Oh my gosh! WTH is that? Where’s my concealer?”
Well, covering those things with concealer works. But still, at the end of the day, when you wipe all those chemicals off, you'd stare at that mirror and eventually found other weird things on your face, like wrinkles.
You really really need to start taking care of your skin. You're never too young for that. Well, if you don't know where to start, no need to feel ashamed.
I’m not gonna lie. I’m the type of girl who enters a beauty shop and an Ariana Grande song later, exits because I have no idea what to buy. Well, a few sales promotion girls and countless information on the internet are there. However, I feel like they just want to take my dress money.
When I bitched about this to a slightly older friend, she got excited and took me to her favorite skincare store. There, she shared me the magic of “skin care.”
Here’s what she says:
NEVER SKIP SUNSCREEN
as the sun fasten up our aging process. Sunscreens are not only for beaches and pool days. Sunscreen is to wear every morning. A lot of people I knew regret not applying sunscreen daily. Let’s not be one of them.
WEAR MOISTURIZER EVERY DAY
This thing makes your skin feels as soft as a baby’s butt. If you’re super paranoid, like me, you may want to wear hydrating serum before your beauty sleep.
Products my friends recommend:
Innisfree Perfect UV Protection Cream | Buy here
Skin Aqua Moisture Milk | Buy here
Innisfree Green Tea Seed Serum | Buy here
DRINK PLENTY OF WATER & SLEEP FOR 8 HOURS A DAY
Apparently, mom’s right. Believe it or not, water affects your skin health.
