From the guy who directed H&M’s Christmas commercial, this crime/drama movie is 100% aesthetically pleasing. You could pause it at any moment and still find the framing to be beautiful.
BEGIN AGAIN
Aside from giving you an excuse to stare at Adam Levine’s face, this movie gives you the courage to begin again, especially after the end of a relationship. The plot is relatable and realistic, but not depressing. Press play, you’ll find yourself replaying the soundtrack a few hours later.
BREAKFAST AT TIFFANY’S
Although the plot is predictable, this movie is worth include to your must watch list. The movie is so iconic that it’s on a couple of Blair Waldorf’s dreams. Besides, you’d get to see Audrey Hepburn’s flawless outfits.
LEMONADE
Aside from, “Is Jay-Z cheating from Queen Bee?” drama, this movie is amazing. It’s basically a series of Beyonce’s music videos plus artistic visuals and poems by Warsan Shire. Stream from Tidal (use proxy and sign up in Tidal for 30 days trial) or buy from iTunes.
LEGALLY BLONDE
For a lighter watch, give this movie a go. A blonde girl who’s not taken seriously is going to Harvard law school. Lots of laugh and makes you feel awesome.
